    E71T-8 Self Shielded Mild Steel Flux Cored Wire

    The E71T-8 self shielded mild steel flux cored wire is formulated for 500MPa class steel. This kind of welding material shows excellent impact toughness at low temperature, and generates outstanding slag release, high deposition rate and fast formation in both vertical up position welding and overhead position welding.

    Due to low sulfur content, this self shielded mild steel flux cored wire features prominent crack resistance. Therefore, our high strength low alloy steel welding wire has been applied to shipbuilding, circumferential welds for pipes in large diameters and storage tanks. This pipeline flux cored wire also caters to outdoor welding with wind speed slower than 10m/s, as well as automatic and semi-automatic welds of high strength low alloy steel.
